If you have not owned a home in the past three years, you may qualify for one of our first-time home buyer mortgages or you may apply for an RTN fixed- or adjustable-rate mortgage available to all members.

Free Seminars

Throughout the year, we offer free first-time home buyer seminars where you’ll learn importance of having good credit, how to improve your credit score so you can get a better rate, how to find the right home and the true cost of home ownership.

All who complete an RTN first-time home buyers seminar are eligible to receive a $250 closing cost credit when taking a mortgage with RTN. View our list of free home buyers seminars.

Tax Savings

Interest payments on your mortgage loan may be tax deductible (within qualifying IRS regulations). Check with your accountant or tax advisor.
